Right to be forgotten (Art. 17 GDPR)
The data subject has the right to the erasure of their personal data if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, if the data subject withdraws their consent, if there is no legitimate reason to proceed with profiling, if the data have been processed unlawfully, if there is a legal obligation to erase them; if the data relates to web services provided to minors without the relevant consent.
